Inspiring Leadership

Alot of Managers I have spoken with recently are worrying if they have enough control and influence over their team. What I am reminding them is to consider the role they are playing with that team and how they are allowing each individual contribute to the overall team goal. Are you supporting them to achieve? Are you available to them regularly? Are you letting them do their job? Are you thanking them? If you answer yes to all of these you are most likely leading and not (micro) managing the team. Well done! You are doing great😀 Trust yourself and trust your team
