What can I Control?
Sometimes when we are working towards our goals we can become distracted by things we cannot control & we lose sight of what we set out to do. When this happens its a good time to refocus & ask yourself some simple questions:
➡️Why do you want to achieve this goal?
➡️How will you feel when you achieve it?
➡️What will you do today to get one step closer to achieving that goal?
There will always be distractions in life. Some good for us and some not. Everyone gets distracted. The difference between those who succeed and those who don't is knowing what is in your power of control. Most of our control centres on ourselves which is brilliant because this is where the power of change and action will come from to help get that success🙌
